Common use of Required Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Required Evaluations. a) All employees newly employed by the School District shall be evaluated within the first ninety (90) days of the commencement of their employment. b) All employees, including new employees, shall be evaluated annually, such evaluations to be completed not later than June 1 of the school year. c) If an employee is transferred after October 1 to another position not under the jurisdiction of the employee's pre transfer supervisor, then an evaluation shall be made at the time of said transfer. d) If an employee resigns during the school year, a final evaluation shall be completed prior to the resignation date. e) If the supervisor contemplates recommending that an employee be placed on probation, an evaluation shall be made on or before January 15.
