Common use of Required Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Required Evaluations. 1. All employees newly employed by the School District shall be evaluated within the first ninety (90) calendar days of the commencement of their employment. 2. All employees, including new employees, shall be evaluated annually, such evaluations to be completed not later than the last school day of the year in which the evaluation takes place. 3. If an employee is transferred to another position not under the supervisor's jurisdiction, an evaluation shall be made at the time of such transfer. 4. If an employee resigns during the school year, a final evaluation shall be completed prior to the resignation date. 5. If the supervisor contemplates recommending that an employee be placed on probation, an evaluation shall be made on or before January 15.
