Required Evaluations. a. All employees, including new employees, shall be evaluated annually; such evaluations to be completed not later than May 15th of the year in which the evaluation takes place. b. If an employee is transferred to another position not under the administrator’s jurisdiction, an evaluation shall be made at the time of such transfer. c. If an employee resigns during the school year, a final evaluation shall be completed prior to the resignation date. d. If the administrator contemplates recommending that the employee be placed on probation, an evaluation shall be made prior to that decision.
