Common use of Required Jury Duty Clause in Contracts

Required Jury Duty. Any principal who is required to serve as a juror shall be granted leave with pay while serving on jury duty contingent upon the principal paying to the Board any fees received minus travel allowance, for such jury service. If so requested by the Superintendent, the principal shall request excuse from jury duty.
