Required Jury Duty. Any ASAP Member who is required to serve as a juror shall be granted leave with pay while serving on jury duty contingent upon the ASAP Member paying to the Board any fees received minus travel allowance, for such jury service. If so requested by the Superintendent, the ASAP Member shall request excuse from jury duty.
