Required Recordkeeping. Customer may only use the Products to prepare documents for the plans that have been registered on the Site for Clients that Customer registered on the Site. Customer may not use the Products to prepare documents or plans for any employer or plan that is not registered on the Site. Once a plan document is generated by Customer for a Client registered in the Product, Customer will not use that plan document for any other Client unless the other Client is also registered for that plan type in the Product. Customer shall retain an accurate list of all employers (and the plans they have adopted) who have adopted documents prepared using the Products.

Required Recordkeeping. ONRR uses the information col- lected to determine a proper transpor- tation allowance for the cost of trans- porting royalty oil from the lease to a delivery point remote from the lease. The information is required so that the lessee may obtain a benefit under the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Manage- ment Act of 1982, 30 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the information col- lection requirements contained in this part under 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq. ONRR identifies the approved OMB control number in 30 CFR 1210.10.

Verification that the household is an Eligible Household as defined herein; and d. Verification that the Eligible Household’s rent is Affordable as defined herein; and e. Information about the unit being occupied, including a floorplan that shows the number of bedrooms, the size of the unit, the estimated utilities for the unit and any amenities included with the rent for the term of tenancy.

  • Recordkeeping A. To maintain its accounting records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”). GAAP are established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”). B. To retain in the form in which it was created: 1. A record developed and maintained in accordance with 40 TAC §49.305, or its successor, until the latest of the following: a. seven years after the Contractor submits a claim for the service about which the record relates; b. seven years after all issues that arise from any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, open records request, administrative review, or other action involving the record are resolved; or c. the person about whom the record relates becomes 21 years of age; and
