RESELL. Manufactures and fabrication companies purchasing Product from Company are authorized to use Company Product in their systems, designs, and products etc. Manufactures and fabrication companies are authorized to sell their products as a complete system/kit with their respective company name, logos, etc. when using HogWatch, LLC. Products in their design. For example, an off-road manufacturing organization that has a signed dealer agreement with Company is authorized to use our tire carrier hinge kits and all other fabricator parts in their design and sell it under their company name using their logos etc. Dealers, manufactures, fabrication companies etc. agree to section II stating the Terms of Sale however that they will not reproduce and resell Company Products.

RESELL. You may resell the NFT on any platform or in any marketplace that recognizes the Resale Royalty (defined below) built into the NFT’s smart contract. Upon any sale or transfer of the NFT, all rights you enjoyed in and to the NFT and Artwork automatically cease and transfer in full to the transferee. You may retain any Models or Derivatives that you created while you owned the NFT, provided the terms and conditions in this Agreement applicable to the use or sale of those Models and Derivatives remain in full force and effect.
RESELL. OEM may resell Support Services (as defined and outlined in the Product Schedule) only with Standard Products and only to End-Users who agree to be bound by Services Agreements that apply to such Services. OEM will incorporate in an enforceable manner the Service Agreement, including terms and conditions incorporated by reference (“Services Flowdown Terms”), into its own agreement with End-Users ("End-User Agreement"). OEM acknowledges and agrees that Supplier is a third-party beneficiary of the End-User Agreement and OEM will require the End-User to acknowledge and agree as to such in the End-User Agreement. Supplier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the provision of any one or more of the Services to you or an End-User in response to such violation, or suspected violation, of any of the Services Flowdown Terms, and Supplier will have no liability to you or End-User as a result of any such suspension or termination.
RESELL. Resell offers offered by Warranty Life to Retailer’s customers are described in Exhibit B. Warranty Life shall have the right to modify the Resell (except Resell that originate from Retailer), replace them by other Resell offers, or discontinue offering Resell, at its sole discretion, on 90 days prior notice.
