Reseller Services. 1.2.1 ZealiD hereby appoints Reseller as a non-exclusive reseller for the Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Reseller Agreement. 1.2.2 Reseller may promote, market, and resell Services to its end user customers (each such customer to whom Reseller resells Services, the “Reseller Customers ”). 1.2.3 Reseller can provide the Services in the EU/EEA, unless stated otherwise in any Purchase Order, (“Territory”). 1.2.4 In no event shall Reseller permit Reseller Customers to resell the Services. 1.2.5 Reseller is solely responsible for determining the fees Reseller charges to Reseller Customers, invoicing Reseller Customers, and collecting such fees.

Reseller Services. 3.1 Partner will resell the Payment Processing Services in its own name and for its own account. To this end, Partner shall connect its gateway to the Payvision Gateway to create to ability for Accepted Merchants to process Cards Payments trough Payvision. Payvision shall have no direct contact with the Merchants. The Payment Processing Services will only be available for Accepted Merchants and for the term of this Agreement. 3.2 Partner shall be free to set its own prices and conditions for the provision of the Payment Processing Services within the price range set by Payvision. However, Partner shall not make any commitments or representations towards the Merchants in regard to the Payment Processing Services that exceed the commitments and representations made by Partner pursuant to this Agreement. Reseller Services. Reseller shall, for all Products purchased by Reseller pursuant to this Agreement and resold by Reseller, provide all customer services necessary for the installation and operation of the Products and as otherwise reasonably specified by Trendway. These services may include (without limitation) design services, installation of the Products, responding to customer inquires and complaints, and general customer service with respect to the sales. Reseller Services. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Reseller agrees to resell the CTS only in the Territories covered by this Agreement. Reseller Services. Subject to the terms, limitations and conditions set forth herein, GTE shall provide CTS to Reseller in the Territories.   • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. As intermediaries, we offer a wide range of insurance products and have access to many leading insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.
