Residence Check-In Sample Clauses

Residence Check-In. Out Residents must complete a check-in with their Don by the deadline outlined during their first mandatory community meeting. In the event that the Resident fails to complete the check-in, the premises shall be deemed to be in a state of immaculate condition. The online form is kept on file by Student Housing & Residence Life for the purpose of comparison to the check- out inspection at the end of the Resident’s term. Any changes to the physical condition of the premises or residence property that are deemed to have resulted from unacceptable use by the Resident will lead to additional charges and will be billed as per section 7.4 of this Agreement.
