Resident Project Representatives. If the County and CEI, or A/E agree, the CEI or A/E will furnish a Resident Project Representative and assistants to assist the CEI or A/E in carrying out its responsibilities at the site. If the CEI or A/E is not authorized by the County to provide a Resident Project Representative, the County will provide a County representative authorized to perform such duties.

Resident Project Representatives. A. Resident Project Representatives assist OAR in observing the progress and quality of the Work at the Site. The limitations on Resident Project Representatives’ authority and responsibility are described in Paragraphs 9.09 and 10.07.
Resident Project Representatives. If the County and architect/engineer agree, the architect/engineer will furnish a resident project representative and assistants to assist the architect/engineer in carrying out its responsibilities at the site. If the architect/engineer is not authorized by the County to provide a resident project representative, the County will provide a County representative authorized to perform such duties.
Resident Project Representatives. If the CITY and Engineer agree, the Engineer will furnish a Resident Project Representative and assistants to assist the Engineer in carrying out its responsibilities at the site. If the design ENGINEER is not authorized by the CITY to provide a Resident Project Representative, the CITY will provide a City Representative authorized to perform such duties.
Resident Project Representatives. Subject to the provisions of Article 6, the CONSULTANT may be required to provide full-time, on-site Resident Project Representatives for surveillance and observation of construction and coordination with Airport operations in addition to the services provided in Paragraph B of this Article. Commencing at such time as any construction work begins for the Project contemplated herein, the CONSULTANT will perform Project observation of construction with qualified representatives furnished by the CONSULTANT, said Resident Project Representatives to be approved as to qualifications by the Director of Airports, to observe and monitor the actual work performed and materials used by the contractor, and to coordinate work activity in the vicinity of the Project with the Department of Airports, the contractor, and the FAA Control Tower. Copies of the Resident Project Representative's reports will be furnished to the TRUST and the FAA. The cost of all such Resident Project Representatives of construction will be paid for by the TRUST based on the wage rates provided in EXHIBIT C, and by the provisions in Article 6 of this Contract, it being agreed herein that, when requested by the Director of Airports to provide these services, the CONSULTANT will select, designate, and be wholly responsible for the complete performance of duties by said representatives. Each month the CONSULTANT will submit to the TRUST certified time sheets for said representatives, which sheets will reflect the number and class of construction observers actually engaged in monthly project representation activities required in the performance of such responsibility. The TRUST and the FAA reserve the right to visit and observe construction at any time. This, however, will not relieve the CONSULTANT of the prime responsibility for the observation of construction. The duties, responsibilities and limitations of the authority of the Resident Project Representatives to be accomplished hereunder will be performed in accordance with the Suggested Listing of Duties, Responsibilities and Limitations of Authority of Resident Project Representative (EJCDC 1910-1-A, 1983 Edition) and as further described in EXHIBIT E attached hereto; and it is further understood and agreed that the provisions set forth in said Listing (EJCDC 1910-1-A, 1983 Edition) are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof by reference and the same will become a part of this Contract as if set out in full herein.
Resident Project Representatives. In addition to the basic services enumerated in Article 3, Paragraphs A and B, the CONSULTANT may be required to provide Resident Project Representatives for the Project as detailed in Article 3, Paragraph C, and then only when requested by the Director of Airports. The compensation for project representation will be computed at an amount equal to the total number of hours worked during the billing period by Resident Project Representatives, based on time card records of the employees actually working on the Project, multiplied by the hourly Resident Project Representative rate listed in EXHIBIT C. Compensation for such Resident Project Representatives shall not exceed a maximum amount of $0.00. Provided, however, that the TRUST, at its sole discretion, may allocate additional funds to the Project for payment of Resident Project Representative fees in excess of the "not-to-exceed" amount herein stated. The CONSULTANT also understands and agrees that the TRUST, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select and assign Resident Project Representatives by separate contract or from in-house resources to perform surveillance and observation of Project construction.

Carrying out of: (a) a feasibility study aimed at assessing, costing and testing the options to maximize benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater produced from the Greater Tunis area and transferred to rural areas; and (b) an assessment of degraded lands susceptible to being improved through the use of treated wastewater for agricultural purposes, and for adapting and mitigating the impact of climate change. 2. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Landlord’s Representative Landlord has designated Xxxx Xxxxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Tenant Work Letter, who, until further notice to Tenant, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Landlord as required in this Tenant Work Letter.

  • Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes. B. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer.
