Residential Care Team Coordinator/Supervisor Grade. 5 Means an employee who is responsible for overseeing a unit, program or service and leads a group of level 4 team leaders and/or coordinators with direct reporting accountabilities. Such an employee will be required to have and use additional qualifications than would be required for a level 4 Coordinator. Employees at this level may be required to exercise any/all managerial functions in relation to the operation of the service and comply with documentation requirements as determined by the employer. Indicative responsibilities of an employee at this level are as follows. Typical responsibility ‐ Care Stream: Be an active member of a care team, playing a critical role in steering the direction of clinical functional jurisdiction, while building cross‐functional activities and commitments. Typical responsibility ‐ Support Stream: Involved in the planning of the catering function for one or more services, managing the day to day operations of the catering/cleaning/laundry functions for the service. Typical Responsibility ‐ Maintenance Stream: Hold’s relevant trade qualifications and is an active member of the Management team in the development of equipment/building maintenance plans and to manage the execution of such plans.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice. WORK TO BE PERFORMED

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

  • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Project Director The individual designated by the juvenile board or Chief Administrative Officer, who is to be responsible for the administration and coordination of grant funds in accordance with this Contract ,, the general grant requirements, and applicable Targeted Grant requirements.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
