Residential Qualifications. This Policy only applies when the Insured is residing in Malaysia. If the Insured Person should travel out of Malaysia for a period exceeding 6 months consecutively, his/her policy will be invalidated.

Residential Qualifications. The parties agree that Employees from the 02 (residential) bargaining unit whose names appear on the attached document will be deemed qualified as of the date of the signed Agreement. They will be grandfathered/deemed qualified because they have met the criterion that was agreed upon by both Union (membership vote in favour of agreement) and Management. This Agreement will affect only those Employees listed on this document and no other Employees will be grandfathered for the reasons outlined in this Agreement as a result of the agreement. The criteria are as follows: • 6200 hours of part-time direct support work (no overnight asleep/awake hours) • grade 12 diploma Hours were also granted for successfully completed, relevant diploma/degree programs up to the date of the Agreement. These hours were calculated using the hours required by the academic program. A list of all grandfathered Employees is attached to this document and signed and dated by both parties. As of the date of this Agreement and from this date forward, the qualifications for full-time Employees in the residential bargaining unit will be: “DSW or equivalent two year Human Services Diploma/Degree acquired through an academic institution that is registered and regulated by the Ministry of Education.” As of the date of this Agreement, the following residential Employees are deemed qualified for full-time direct support work in the residential bargaining unit as of the date of this Agreement (this offer will not be extended to any other Employees upon completion of this Agreement):

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated.   • Driver Qualifications All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of collection vehicles, and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Contractor shall use the Class II California Department of Motor Vehicles employer “Pull Notice Program” to monitor its drivers for safety.
