Eligibility for Housing Sample Clauses

The 'Eligibility for Housing' clause defines the criteria that individuals must meet to qualify for access to housing under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as age, income level, employment status, or other specific conditions that applicants must satisfy. For example, it may restrict eligibility to full-time students, low-income families, or employees of a particular organization.
