Eligibility for Housing. Student acknowledges that in order to be eligible and to maintain eligibility for University Housing, Student must meet all of the following requirements: a. Student must be admitted to and enrolled in EWU and actively pursuing a degree or a University affiliated program. Student must maintain his/her status as a registered student or program participant. Students enrolling in fewer than 10 credits or who are age 16 or younger are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be required to develop an academic plan or attend advising sessions with University personnel as a condition of eligibility for housing. b. Student must submit a non-refundable housing application fee of $125.00, a properly completed Housing Application, and a digitally signed/approved 2022 -2023 Housing and Dining Services Contract in order to be considered for University Housing. c. Students who have been convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a crime other than a minor traffic violation must disclose details and provide documentation as requested as part of the application process. EWU will review the circumstances of the crime and determine whether the student’s housing application to live in on-campus facilities will be accepted. Information provided regarding a student’s criminal history will not be provided to the admissions department or used in determining whether or not the student will be admitted to the University. d. Student verifies he/she has not been convicted of or found guilty of, or adjudicated to have committed, a sexual offense in any jurisdiction in the U.S. of any other country or territory resulting in Student being classified as a Level II or Level III sex offender pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington or similarly classified pursuant to the laws of any other jurisdiction. Student is not currently under active supervision or on probation by the Washington State Department of Corrections or by another agency/department in Washington State or in any other jurisdiction as a result of having been convicted, found guilty of, or adjudicated to have committed any sex offense including, but not limited to, those resulting in Student or person residing with Student, being classified as a Level 1 offender pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington or similarly classified pursuant to the laws of any other jurisdiction. Eligibility for Housing a. Resident must be academically admitted to, and remain enrolled at, the University as a student to be eligible to living in Housing. Academic admission and enrollment, however, does not entitle a student to Housing. b. Resident must, at all times during the License Term, be registered for at least twelve (12) undergraduate student credit hours, or six graduate student credit hours, per semester, and must generally be attending courses when in session. If Resident fails to meet this requirement, including being placed on academic suspension or academic dismissal, they shall be deemed “under-enrolled” and may be required to vacate the Unit. c. Resident must, at all times during the License Term, remain in good standing with the University. For purposes of this Agreement, “good standing” means the Resident does not have any outstanding fees or acts of academic or behavioral misconduct and has complied or is complying with any and all sanctions imposed by the University as a result of any misconduct. If Resident is dismissed by the University due to misconduct, they will not be considered in good standing with the University and may be required to vacate their Unit. d. Resident must meet and adhere to the University’s immunization requirements. Residential Life will not issue your room assignment unless your vaccination records have been submitted and are on file with the University. e. Resident must not be a “registered sex offender” as defined in Title 4, Chapter 1, Section 34 of the Board of Regents Handbook. f. Failure to meet and maintain the above eligibility criteria shall be grounds for the University to terminate the Agreement. If the Agreement is terminated based upon Resident’s failure to meet and maintain such eligibility criteria, the Resident will be charged the applicable cancellation fees specified in Section IX hereof.
Eligibility for Housing. Housing is provided for full time Oregon Tech undergraduate students enrolled in 12 or more credits, and graduate students enrolled in 9 or more credits during each academic term for the duration of this Contract. Residents may drop below the minimum credit expectation for one term during the academic year with prior approval from the Director of Housing and Residence Life. Anyone living in on campus housing must be enrolled at Oregon Tech as a student each term of the current academic year housing contract. If a resident is no longer enrolled at Oregon Tech, eligibility to live on campus is revoked, and the resident must vacate on campus housing within 72 hours of dropping all credits.
Eligibility for Housing. A. Eligibility requirements for undergraduate students: i. Any person who has been admitted to, or who has enrolled in the university as a degree-seeking student registered for 6 or more credit hours at the University by August 1 is eligible to enter into this Housing Contract with the Owner, except as otherwise provided herein. a. Students who are registered for a New Student Orientation session to take place after August 1 may be granted an exception to this requirement at the sole discretion of the Director of Residence Life. ii. The Owner, in its sole discretion, may grant an exception to the credit hour requirement if the student is participating in University sponsored-internships and externships (e.g., student teaching). B. Eligibility requirements for English as a Second Language (ESL) program students: i. Any person who is a currently enrolled in the ESL program is eligible to enter into this Housing Contract with the Owner, except as otherwise provided herein. C. The Owner, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or revoke housing eligibility for students who have been convicted of a crime, excluding a minor traffic violation. D. The Director of Residence Life may, in his or her sole discretion and without notice from the student, determine that the student is no longer eligible for university housing and cancel the Housing Contract at any time during its term. E. Subject only to the foregoing, a resident who loses eligibility during the term of the contract for any reason must notify the Residence Life Office, complete the check-out procedures applicable to the relevant building, and vacate the assigned premises within 72 hours of the loss.
Eligibility for Housing. To be eligible to live in the Facility, the Resident must be continuously enrolled for a minimum of nine (9) credit hours during the course of each term. The Resident may also live in the Facility if they are enrolled and working in an NC State- sanctioned cooperative program, or engaged in student teaching as part of his/her degree requirements, or in his/her final term and carrying enough hours to graduate. Students seeking to live in the Facility, but who are enrolled for less than nine (9) credit hours may reside in the Facility only with prior written approval from the House Corporation which such approval may be withheld in the House Corporation’s sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, if the Resident is at any point enrolled for less than nine (9) credit hours during the then current term he/she (i) shall remain liable under this Agreement and (ii) may not terminate this Agreement except pursuant to Section 12 hereof. At their sole discretion, NC State or the House Corporation may deny housing to students who have been charged with or convicted of a misdemeanor or felony, or are a significant risk to the safety or health of the Facility, the other residents of the Facility, or any guests, visitors, or invitees of the Facility.
Eligibility for Housing. 3.1 Assignments for housing are given to matriculated, degree-seeking students. 3.2 UNCW may not house students who are under the age of 17 on the 1st day of class. 3.3 At its sole discretion, UNCW may deny or delay housing to students for safety or health reasons, or other reasonable causes.

Any person seeking to live in Gateway, graduate, professional or nontraditional housing must be enrolled as a full-time student (at least nine credit hours per semester for graduate residents and twelve credit hours for undergraduates) in a degree program at the university throughout the term of the Housing Contract. ii. Eligibility requirements for family housing at Buckeye Village: 1. Any married person enrolled in at least nine credit hours as a graduate student or twelve credit hours as an undergraduate student at the university through two of the three academic semesters each year is eligible to enter into this Housing Contract with the university, except as otherwise notified at the time of admission or as otherwise provided herein. 2. A copy of the marriage certificate must be submitted along with the Housing Contract for persons seeking family housing. 3. The university assigns the apartments in Buckeye Village to the resident who is enrolled at the university and whose signature appears on the Buckeye Village contract. The apartment is to be occupied only by the person and, where applicable, spouse and natural or legally adopted children, and by no other person(s). 4. Resident and, where applicable, spouse and/or children must live in the assigned Buckeye Village apartment during the term of the contract. 5. Married residents who do not have children are only eligible for a one-bedroom Buckeye Village apartment. Reassignment from a one- bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment will be required in the event that a child is born, adopted, or otherwise enters the family. 6. Residents with children, including single parents with at least 51% child custody, are eligible for occupancy only in a two-bedroom Buckeye Village apartment. No more than two adults and four children may occupy a two-bedroom apartment. iii. A resident may not enroll for one semester out of the three major academic periods and remain in his/her apartment,...
