Residential Use of Service and Device. If you subscribe to Optical Communities' residential services, the Service and the Device are provided to you solely for residential use. You shall not resell or transfer the Service or the Device to another party without our prior written consent. You are prohibited from using the Service or the Device for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), fax or voicemail broadcasting or fax or voicemail blasting. We reserve the right to immediately disconnect or modify your Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. In addition, you will be required to pay our higher rates for commercial service for all periods in which your use of the Service or the Device was inconsistent with normal residential use.
Residential Use of Service and Device. If you have subscribed to Three River Digital Cable, LLC’s residential services, the Service and any devices are provided to you as a residential user, for your personal, residential, non-business and non-professional use. This means that you are not using them for any commercial or governmental activities, profit-making or non-profit, including but not limited to home office, business, sales, tele-commuting, telemarketing (including without limitation charitable or political solicitation or polling) autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding fax broadcast, fax blasting or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. This also means that you are not to resell or transfer the Service or the device to any other person for any purpose, or make any change for the use of the Service, without express written permission from Three River Digital Cable, LLC in advance. You agree that your use of the Service and devices, or use by any other person for any commercial or governmental purpose will obligate you to pay Three River Digital Cable, LLC’s higher rates for commercial service on account of all periods, including past periods, in which you use, or used, the Service for commercial or governmental purposes. Three River Digital Cable, LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service, if Three River Digital Cable, LLC determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer’s Service is being used for non-residential or commercial use.

This means that you are not using them for any commercial or governmental activities, profit-making or non-profit, including but not limited to business, sales, tele-commuting, telemarketing (including without limitation charitable or political solicitation or polling), autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcast, fax blasting or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. This also means that you are not to resell or transfer the Service or the Device to any other person for any purpose, or make any charge for the use of the Service, without express written permission from VoiceLift in advance. You agree that your use of the Service and/or Device, or the use of the Service and/or Device provided to you by any other person for any commercial or governmental purpose will obligate you to pay VoiceLift's higher rates for commercial service on account of all periods, including past periods, in which you use, or used, the Service for commercial or governmental purposes. VoiceLift reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service, if VoiceLift determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer's Service is being used for non-residential or commercial use.

If you have subscribed to New Era Broadband Services' Residential services, the Service and Device are provided to you and your household as a residential user, for your personal, residential, non-business and non- professional use. This means that you are not using them for any commercial or governmental activities, profit-making or non-profit. If you fail to comply with these limitations, New Era Broadband Services reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service, if New Era Broadband Services determines, in its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law and/or the rules and regulations of appropriate state and federal regulatory bodies, that Customer's Service is being used for non-residential or commercial use.

If you have subscribed to Royell -VoIP Residential services, the Service and Device are provided to you and your household as a residential user, for your personal, residential, non-business and non-professional use. This means that you are not using them for any commercial or governmental activities, profit-making or non-profit. If you fail to comply with these limitations, Royell reserves the right to immediately terminate or modify the Service, if Royell determines, in its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law and/or the rules and regulations of appropriate state and federal regulatory bodies, that Customer's Service is being used for non-residential or commercial use.

We reserve the right to immediately disconnect or modify your Service if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your use of the Service or the Device is, or at any time was, inconsistent with normal residential usage patterns. In addition, you will be required to pay our higher rates for commercial service for all periods in which your use of the Service or the Device was inconsistent with normal residential use.
Residential Use of Service and Device. If you subscribe to our residential service plans, we provide you with service and the device solely for normal residential, non-commercial use. If you subscribe to a service plan which permits use of more than one device with the same voice line, the basis for assessing such use will not change.

If Subscriber subscribes to Provider's residential service plans, Provider provides Subscriber with service and the device solely for single family, normal residential, non-commercial use. Single family refers to Subscriber and those of Subscriber's immediate family members who reside in Subscriber's personal residence - e.g., spouse, domestic partner, and/or children. If Subscriber subscribes to a service plan which permits use of more than one device with the same voice line, the basis for assessing such use will not change.

If you have subscribed to U.S. MetroTel's Residential services, the Service and Device are provided to you as a residential user for your own use and not sharing with non-family members or any third parties, upon your representation that both are for your personal, residential, non- business and non-professional use. This means that you are not using them for any commercial or governmental activities, profit-making or non-profit, including but not limited to home office, business, sales, telecommuting, telemarketing, auto dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcast, fax blasting or any other activity that would be inconsistent with normal residential voice usage patterns. This also means that you are not to resell or transfer the Service or the Device to any other person for any purpose, or make any charge for the use of the Service, without express written permission from U.S. MetroTel in advance. You agree that your use of the Service and/or Device, or the use of the Service and/or Device provided to you by any other person for any commercial or governmental purpose will obligate you to pay U.S. MetroTel's higher rates for commercial service on account of all periods, including past periods, in which you use, or used, the Service for commercial or governmental purposes, and you also agree to pay U.S. MetroTel 3.9 cents per minute (six second increments) of use for all calls made both inside and outside the local calling area of the area code and exchange assigned to you and your Device. U.S. MetroTel reserves the right to examine the customer's call patterns and immediately terminate or modify the Service, if U.S. MetroTel determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer's Service is being used for non-residential or commercial use.
