Resolution Support Services. When requested by Citizens, Vendor must provide continuing resolution support with respect to explaining and justifying Vendor’s Assessment and Report findings, including providing oral and written responses to follow up on correspondence from Citizens and others involved in the claim (the “Resolution Support Services”). Vendor must provide Resolution Support Services to include, without limitation, oral and written correspondence in response to inquiries from a third party who submitted the Third Party Estimate, from the policyholder who suffered the loss, and from Citizens or Citizens’ counsel consulting on the claim(s). Resolution Support Services will be paid at the hourly Resolution Support Services rate identified in Section 8. When requested by Citizens, Vendor will also provide Litigation Support Services to include: (i) in person attendance at litigation related matters, such as appearance at mediation; or, (ii) testifying in a court of law (the “Litigation Support Services”). Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, Vendor will provide a single point of contact to provide Litigation Support Services. Litigation Support Services will be paid at the hourly Litigation Support Services rate identified in Section 8.

Vendor will provide Resolution Support Services to include, without limitation, oral and written correspondence in response to inquiries from a third party who submitted the Third Party Estimate, from the policyholder who suffered the loss, and from Citizens or Citizens’ counsel. Resolution Support Services are included in the Report Fee and will be provided at no additional charge. As requested by Citizens, and for an additional fee as identified in Section 8, Vendor will provide additional expert analysis to include (i) participation in litigation related matters, such as, but not limited to participation in mediation or testifying in a court of law, or (ii) consultation that involves examination and analysis across multiple claims, (“Additional Expert Analysis”).

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Operations Support Systems Functions 9.1 Effective as of February 8, 2021, notwithstanding any other term or condition of the Amended Agreement or a Verizon tariff or SGAT, and subject to the transitional provisions set forth in Subsection 9.2 below, unbundled access to Operations Support Systems Functions will not be available from Verizon on or after February 8, 2021, except when such functions are used to manage other UNEs that remain available from Verizon, local interconnection, or local number portability.

  • Investigational Services This plan covers certain experimental or investigational services as described in this section. Clinical Trials This plan covers clinical trials as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-60. An approved clinical trial is a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is being performed to prevent, detect or treat cancer or a life-threatening disease or condition. In order to qualify, the clinical trial must be: • federally funded; • conducted under an investigational new drug application reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); or • a drug trial that is exempt from having such an investigational new drug application. To qualify to participate in a clinical trial: • you must be determined to be eligible, according to the trial protocol; • a network provider must have concluded that your participation would be appropriate; and • medical and scientific information must have been provided establishing that your participation in the clinical trial would be appropriate. If a network provider is participating in a clinical trial, and the trial is being conducted in the state in which you reside, you may be required to participate in the trial through the network provider. Coverage under this plan includes routine patient costs for covered healthcare services furnished in connection with participation in a clinical trial. The amount you pay is based on the type of service you receive. Coverage for clinical trials does not include: • the investigational item, device, or service itself; • items or services provided solely to satisfy data collection and that are not used in the direct clinical management; or • a service that is clearly inconsistent with widely accepted standards of care.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
