5. No policy submitted shall be subject to limitations, conditions or restrictions that are inconsistent with the intent of the Insurance Requirements to be fulfilled by you. The Board's decision thereon shall be final.
6. Approval, disapproval or failure to act by the Board regarding any insurance obtained by you shall not relieve you of full responsibility or liability for damages and accidents as set forth herein. Neither shall the bankruptcy, insolvency or denial of liability by the insurance company exonerate you from liability.
7. No special payment, except when separate line item is provided, shall be made by the Board for any insurance that the Contractor may be required to carry; all are included in the Contract amount and the Contract unit prices.
CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE. Prior to the commencement of any work or service as provided for in each Statement of Work, GlassHouse shall furnish to Dell insurance certificates on standard Xxxxx form, endorsements, or evidence of coverage signed by authorized representatives of the companies providing the coverage required under the terms of this MRA. All policies providing coverage shall contain provisions that no cancellation, non-renewal or material changes in the policy shall become effective, except on thirty (30) days written notice thereof to Dell. Upon request and without expense, GlassHouse shall furnish Dell with certified copies of said insurance policies signed by authorized representatives of the insurance companies providing the coverage as required in each Statement of Work.
CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE. Concessionaire or it’s insurance agents or brokers shall email a Certificate of Insurance to the Board Certificate Inbox, xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or fax to 000.000.0000. Concessionaire shall cause Concessionaire’s insurance data to be kept current for the period of time Concessionaire is responsible pursuant to this Agreement. Concessionaire, upon oral or written request, shall furnish copies of policies, certified by an authorized representative of the insurers, within ten (10) days of request. All insurance policies shall contain a provision that written notice shall be given to the Board's Risk Management department, at least thirty (30) days prior to cancellation, except ten (10) days for non-payment of premium. In the event Concessionaire is not notified that an insurer intends to terminate or not renew a policy or reduce coverage below requirements of this Lease, Concessionaire shall arrange acceptable alternate coverage to comply with said requirements and cause replacement coverage data to be obtained. In addition, Concessionaire shall cause its agent, broker or insurer to enter a cancellation date into the Board's designated automated insurance reporting system, as soon as the effective date is known to the agency, brokerage, or insurer (if insurer enters data). CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE. Exhibitors are required to provide Certificate of Liability Insurance by October 1st, 2021. Liability Certificates are to list Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga Fall Home Show October 29, 30 & 31, 2021 at the Chattanooga Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN. The Chattanooga Convention Center and the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga named as additionally insured.

CERTIFICATION OF INSURANCE. VENDOR will provide UCA/ORGANIZER with proof of adequate license/Insurance, as applicable for VENDOR’S type of business and to the satisfaction of ORGANIZER before commencing to set up booth(s). In the event UCA/ORGANIZER, in its sole discretion, determines that additional insurance coverage is required, VENDOR will name UCA/ORGANIZER, as well as North Hennepin Community College/event location as additional named insurers under VENDOR'S policy. Each insurance policy shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in limit except after thirty days written notice.
