RESPONSE PROCEDURE. 5.1 The Client may initiate a request for the deployment of Response Resources for Response Activities by a direct telephone call to the Provider at (000) 000-0000, and such telephone call shall be deemed a request for the deployment of Response Resources by the Client for purposes of this Agreement.
5.2 The person initiating Response Activities on behalf of the Client shall provide information to the Provider as indicated in the Provider’s Instructions to Clients. This information shall include:
(a) the name of the Client;
(b) the caller’s name and title;
(c) the name, call sign and flag of the Vessel;
(d) the location of the spill including geographic coordinates;
(e) the nature and estimated quantity of the Oil discharged;
(f) the approximate time of the incident;
(g) the weather conditions on the scene and forecasted weather conditions, if known;
(h) the condition of Vessel;
(I) the name of the Qualified Individual and Federal On-Scene Coordinator (OSC), if known;
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. If we agree that there has been a mistake, we will issue a credit note or adjust your next invoice accordingly as soon as reasonably practicable. If we do not agree that there has been a mistake, you can escalate the matter in accordance with clause 22.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. If service is unavailable in Carrier’s service area for more than twenty-four (24) continuous hours due to Carrier’s fault, Carrier will give Customer a pro rata daily credit for the period Customer is without service. To receive such credit, Customer must notify Carrier in writing within thirty (30) days after the first xxxx is received for the period during which the interruption started.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. A. If any of the indicators listed above or other indicators of potential violence are reported to a supervisor, the supervisor will immediately evaluate the situation for appropriate action.
B. If the supervisor determines there is potential for immediate violence, the supervisor will contact the appropriate security and/or law enforcement personnel. If the supervisor determines there is no immediate threat, the supervisor may employ any of the preventive strategies identified in Section 2.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. An Action Level Two event has occurred. The first step is to secure the load and protect the public.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. Dalet shall provide Support Services for reproducible malfunctions of the Software reported to Dalet by You that prevent the Software from performing in accordance with its documentation (“Errors”) reported by You in the operation of the Software. Dalet shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Support Services in accordance with the terms of Exhibit B. Upon identification of any Error, You shall notify Dalet of such Error and shall provide Dalet with such information as may be available to You to assist Dalet in identifying and duplicating the Error. Dalet shall promptly notify You of any Severity 1 Errors in the Software of which Xxxxx becomes aware.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. Contractor’s obligation to provide Emergency response team services arises when dispatched by the KSFM, the Hazmat director or the state fire marshal’s designee in accordance with a request for assistance of an Emergency response team. Contractor’s obligation also arises when a request for the assistance of an Emergency response team meets the immediate incident dispatch criteria set forth in Exhibit 5, Standard Operating Guideline #02. If a request for assistance does not satisfy the criteria for immediate incident dispatch, Contractor shall contact the KSFM, Hazmat director or designee for approval to respond. Contractor shall dispatch the Emergency response team to the incident only after receiving such approval. Response by the Contractor to incidents not authorized by the KSFM, the Hazmat director or the state fire marshal’s designee shall not be compensated under the provisions of this Agreement.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. On receipt of an alarm for a fire response each party to this agreement shall immediately dispatch equipment and personnel to the location of the fire incident, providing the required equipment and personnel are available.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. Once Ensemble has submitted an Order to Staffing Company, Staffing Company shall advise Ensemble within one (1) hour for non-ASAP orders and 15 minutes for ASAP orders, via accepting or rejecting such Order in Ensemble Software, whether it can fill such Order. Staffing Company shall transmit all resumes provided in response to such Order promptly and electronically to Ensemble.
RESPONSE PROCEDURE. (a) In the event of an incident which requires the services of the Team, the Fire Chief of the Agency within whose boundaries the incident occurs, or his designee, will notify the other Agencies of the need for assistance. The other Agencies will dispatch such personnel and Team equipment they may have as per the request of the calling officer.
