Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit. When the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unit, the Employee shall receive an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each shift from the time of the assignment. Effective January 1, 2019 when the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unit, the Employee shall receive an allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) for each shift from the time of the assignment.

Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit. (a) When the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee for a period in excess of one-half (1/2) shift, the Employee shall receive seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per shift.
(b) When the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unitunit for a period in excess of one-half (1/2) shift, the Employee shall receive an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each shift from the time of the assignment. Effective January 1, 2019 when the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unit, the Employee shall receive an allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) for each shift from the time of the assignment.
