Responsibility and Enforcement. The Student accepts full responsibility to pay all applicable financial responsibilities under this contract by the scheduled due date. If Student fails to meet the financial responsibilities and has not made arrangements acceptable to University to bring Student’s account current, University may place Student’s name in the University debt file, resulting in a block on future registration for classes or the release of academic transcripts. University may refer a delinquent account to an outside agency for collection. If the Student account is referred to an outside agency, the delinquency may be reported to national credit bureaus and Studentmay be responsible for collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, to the extent authorized by the laws of the State of Colorado. In addition, under Colorado law, University may certify to the Colorado Department of Revenue information about the Student, including name, social security number, the amount of the debt and any other identifying information. The Department of Revenue may then disburse funds to CU Boulder in satisfaction of that debt from any tax refund amounts owed to Student.

Student understands and agrees that Student’s financial responsibilities under this contract are not affected by the mode through which CU Boulder offers any educational instruction, for example remote, in-person, or a hybrid. Except as provided in the termination provisions of this contract, CU Boulder is not required to relieve Student from any financial responsibilities under this contract, even if course modality changes or other circumstances result in modification, termination, or suspension of some educational services throughout the academic semesters.

Responsibility and Enforcement. University is responsible to ensure that each University Employee complies fully with this guideline. The purpose of this guideline is to determine how Roche will reimburse Vendor for its expenses. Roche will not reimburse University Employees or even review individual expense reports, but rather will only review University invoices containing information on expenses incurred. The appropriate Roche contact or their designees are responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing guidance regarding reasonable business expenditures subject to the Agreement. Roche will reimburse University for all reasonable and necessary expenses, as more fully delineated in this policy, while traveling or performing authorized Roche business. Roche will not reimburse expenses that are not in compliance with this policy, unless an exception authorization is obtained. University Employees who do not comply with this policy may cause their University’s invoices to be delayed or reimbursements withheld. Any falsification or misrepresentation of names, events, amounts or other explanations, whether for personal gain or to deceive the person approving any expense report, is prohibited and considered a serious disciplinary offense which may subject the University to serious consequences, up to and including termination of any Work Order and/or the Agreement.

Responsibility and Enforcement. Company will not reimburse Agency Employees or even review individual expense reports, but rather only Agency invoices containing information on expenses incurred. Company may see supporting documentation if requested for any expenses it is being requested to reimburse. The appropriate Company contact or their designees are responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with travel expenses and guidelines outlined in this agreement, and providing guidance regarding reasonable business expenditures. The Company will reimburse Agency for all reasonable and necessary expenses, as more fully delineated in this agreement, while traveling or performing authorized Company business.
