Responsibility/Liability. Parents must sign below to agree that if they leave their child they take responsibility for any accidents when the child is not with the therapist having therapy. For example, if a child insists on going to the toilet on their own and falls. Siblings who are present during sessions are the responsibility of parents whilst at the Footsteps Centre. We ask that siblings refrain from running along the corridor as this can disrupt therapy sessions. On occasions where there may only be one therapist in the building providing therapy we ask that parents stay in the Footsteps Centre to aid in an emergency situation.
Responsibility/Liability. 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or in any way limit the Academy’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any liability which may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1:
13.2.1 the Academy shall under no circumstances whatever be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with this Agreement;
13.2.2 the Academy shall under no circumstances whatever be liable for any loss or injury incurred due to any Student breaking the Rules or through any Student leaving the Academy campus or Programme (with or without the Academy's consent);
13.2.3 the Academy shall under no circumstances whatever be liable for any losses, including reimbursement of travel expenses incurred, in the event that the Student's travel to the Academy is disrupted or cancelled, and will not take on the responsibility of re-arranging travel; and
13.2.4 the Academy’s total liability in respect of all other losses arising under, or in connection with, the Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Fees payable by the Parent/Guardian under the Agreement.

13.2.4 the Summer School’s total liability in respect of all other losses arising under, or in connection with, the Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Fees payable by the Participant under the Agreement.
Responsibility/Liability. The Institute through CI/Co-CI undertakes to carry out the project as conscientiously as conditions allow, but accepts no economic responsibility whatsoever, should the work not lead to expected results. IIT Ropar shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure of performance, resulting directly or indirectly from any cause, which is beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure). The liability of IIT Ropar shall be limited to the funds received for the project.

This may limit the amount of a claim you may be able to make against us or anyone else. • We are not responsible for, and make no warranty or representation about, the standard, class, or description of accommodation or services provided by Third Party Travel Providers. • We are not liable for changes we reasonably make to a tour or any other aspect of the management of your tour to ensure the safety of you and the participants. • We are not liable for weather conditions; loss of enjoyment; any aspect of goods or services you buy; medical problems or physical difficulties even if you have advised us in advance; your own carelessness or negligence in regard to your behaviour; laws, culture, or standard of services in any region you may visit; insolvency of third-party travel providers used for your itinerary. Australian 4wd Adventures is unable to guarantee exact arrival or departure times and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service or guarantee the operation of any particular service.
Responsibility/Liability. TCS, its employers, agents or contractors will not accept any responsibility for any personal injury or death as the result of customers using or operating any hire equipment. All equipment is tested and logged prior to dispatch from TCS. The customer on receipt, following freighting, should re test the equipments operation before using. Testing should only be done by appropriate Trades persons.
Responsibility/Liability. The laptop is the property of the library, and patrons have no property rights or privacy rights regarding their usage of the Laptop. Any and all files or data saved to the laptop during their usage can be viewed by Library staff and will normally be deleted upon return of the laptop. You are solely responsible for the laptop while it is checked out to you. Do not leave a laptop unattended at any time. Please bring any problems to the attention of library staff immediately. Parents and guardians are wholly responsible for any damages or fees incurred by their children.
