RESPONSIBILITY OF CITY. A. The City will cooperate with Consultant in the performance of services under this Agreement and will be available for consultation with Consultant at such reasonable times with advance notice as to not conflict with their other responsibilities.

CONSULTANT shall be entitled to rely upon the reports, data, studies, plans, specifications, documents and other information provided by CITY or others in performing the Services and, CONSULTANT assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of such. CITY waives any claim against CONSULTANT arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in reports, data, studies, plans, specifications, documents or other information provided to CONSULTANT by CITY.
