Information Provided by City. To the best knowledge of the Designated Officer after due investigation, the representations and statements made by the City contained herein and in any other Loan Document were, to the knowledge of the City, when issued, correct in all material respects and did not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements made therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. All financial statements of the City furnished to the Bank were prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for government entities and applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved. Since the date of the most recent financial statements referred to in the preceding sentence, to the knowledge of the City, no material adverse change has occurred in the business, operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of the City.
Information Provided by City. 2.7.1 The City provided the Design Build Entity with information regarding the Site in the RFP and its respective components, including, but not limited to previous plans and other data.
Information Provided by City. When information pertaining to the Work, including without limitation, historical waste collection rates and numbers of customers served, is distributed with the Request for Proposals, or such information is otherwise made available to any prospective Bidder by City, such information is distributed or made available solely for the convenience of such prospective Bidder and is not part of the Request for Proposals. City assumes no responsibility in respect to the sufficiency or accuracy of any such information, and there is no guaranty or warranty, either expressed or implied, that the conditions indicated are representative of those existing throughout the Work or the City of Warrenville, or that the conditions indicated are representative of those existing at any particular location, or that unanticipated conditions may not be present.
Information Provided by City. The CITY shall furnish surveys describing physical characteristics of the site, and utility locations, except those utility . Information or services under the CITY’s control shall be promptly supplied to the CONTRACTOR in order to promote orderly progress of the Work. Such information and services will be provided to the CONTRACTOR free, unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents. The CITY will furnish the CONTRACTOR, free of charge, a maximum of ten sets of Construction Documents.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION CLEC agrees to work with Qwest in good faith to promptly complete or update, as applicable, Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire” to the extent that CLEC has not already done so, and CLEC shall hold Qwest harmless for any damages to or claims from CLEC caused by CLEC’s failure to promptly complete or update the questionnaire.
