Responsible Care as provided by compassionate employees who have been screened and trained to deliver outstanding care.
Responsible Care. Seller is committed to the principles set forth in the Responsible Care® initiative developed by and for members of the American Chemistry Council of the U.S.A. The goal of the initiative is to minimize adverse effects from chemical products on human health and the environment through adherence to safe and environmentally sound management practices. Seller has developed corporate guidelines to address these issues. Seller and Buyer agree to work together towards the goal of safe storage, handling, distribution, use and disposal of the Product. Seller and Buyer agree that they and their employees, agents and contractors will handle the Product in a safe and appropriate manner. Seller and Buyer will adequately train all of their employees, agents and contractors with respect to the use and handling of the Product, and Buyer promptly will notify Seller in the event of any reportable spills/releases of the Product.
Responsible Care. Air Products and MMC shall comply in all material respects with the codes of practice of the Responsible Care® initiative as established and in effect from time to time hereafter by the Canadian Chemical Producers’ Association, in the case of MMC, and the American Chemical Manufacturers Association, in the case of Air Products. Either party may conduct audits of the other in accordance with Responsible Care®. The parties shall meet and cooperate in using reasonable efforts to take corrective actions where required.
Responsible Care. Seller and Xxxxx acknowledge the shared goal of safe storage, handling, distribution, use and disposal of the Products. Seller and Buyer agree that they and their employees, agents and contractors will handle the Products in a safe and appropriate manner pursuant to applicable laws. Seller and Buyer will adequately train all of their employees, agents and contractors with respect to the use and handling of the Products, and Buyer promptly will notify Seller in the event of any reportable spills/releases of the Products.
Responsible Care. 11.1 Each of Buyer and Seller shall comply with all of the principles and codes of practice of the Responsible Care® initiative as established by the Canadian Chemical Producers Association (or other relevant body such as American Chemistry Council).
11.2 Either party may conduct assessments of the other in accordance with Responsible Care®. The parties hereto shall meet and cooperate in using reasonable efforts to take corrective actions where required.
Responsible Care. (R) -----------------
(a) CCC is fully committed to and shall abide by the principles of Responsible Care(R) as espoused by the Chemical Manufacturers Association.
(b) The Parties hereto acknowledge the importance of handling chemical materials in a manner that will ensure the safety of people and the protection of the environment. It is agreed that they will use, handle, store, transport and dispose of chemical materials in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. A delivering or receiving Party (in either case, herein referred to as the "Notifying Party") shall have the right to suspend delivery or receipt of a chemical material upon written notice to the other Party (herein referred to as the "Notified Party") if in the Notifying Party's reasonable judgment the Notified Party is not complying with all such applicable laws and regulations. Delivery or receipt of chemical material will recommence at the time when the Notifying Party in its reasonable judgment is satisfied that the Notified Party is in conformance with all such applicable laws and regulations. If the Notified Party is unable or unwilling to meet such requirements within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Notifying Party's written notice that the Notifying Party is suspending delivery or receipt of such chemical materials, the Notifying Party shall have the right to terminate or cause to have terminated that portion of this Agreement relating to such chemical material.
(c) Subject to mutually agreeable times and formats, each of the delivering and receiving Parties agrees to allow the other Party access to its facilities from time to time to perform an on site review to assess compliance by the other with all such applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible Care. Buyer agrees to care for Dog in a responsible manner. Buyer must provide a proper environment that includes adequate exercise in a safe, fenced area, never to be tied or chained, with clean water and adequate shade and shelter to protect from the elements. Buyer agrees that Dog will reside at the home of Buyer and agrees that Dog will sleep inside of Buyer’s residence at night. Dog must receive proper grooming and a veterinarian recommended food of sufficient quality and quantity to keep Dog in optimum condition. Any changes in dog’s food will need to be approved by breeder in writing. Food can cause several issues in Goldens from heart disease to hip/elbow dysplasia. We require all puppies and adults to be on Purina Pro Plan 30/20 formula & Royal Canin Golden Retriever Formula. Dog must receive proper veterinary care with veterinarian-recommended immunizations and health care program with preventative heartworm medication and worming throughout its lifetime. Dog shall not at any age be used for purposes of vivisection and not be sold by or to a "wholesale" establishment or any chain store, catalog house, pet store or "puppy mill," or offered as a prize in a raffle or auction.

Each Customer is committed to support a continuing effort to improve the chemical industry's responsible management of chemicals by following the principles of the Responsible Care® initiative of the American Chemistry Council and the Responsible Care® initiative of the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada, in each case as set forth in [*]. Becancour LP agrees to operate its business in a manner that is consistent with these principles or a similarly comprehensive health, safety and environmental program.
Responsible Care. Each party covenants and agrees that in all of its operations hereunder after the Closing Date it will operate in accordance with the principles of Responsible Care from time to time adopted by the Chemical Manufacturers Association.
