Safe Storage. Subject to the approval of the Master, SEAVISION shall ------------ safely stow for sea, and will maintain such safe stowage for sea, all stores and other of its property, as well as all equipment, furniture, or other items and any other property belonging to RCCL which SEAVISION may use to perform its obligations hereunder, or which otherwise may be in SEAVISION's control.

Safe Storage. The Carrier shall be responsible for the safe storage of the Vehicle at such times as it is not in use. If CSR provides premises at which the Carrier may leave the vehicle, CSR shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Vehicle or other property stored or used at the premises, except where such loss or damage is due to the wilful or negligent act or omission of CSR or its employees.

Safe Storage. Keep in tightly closed containers. Protect containers from physical damage. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated location. Do not store near incompatible materials (see Section 10 below). Keep away from moisture. Long-term storage in aluminum containers is not recommended, as calcium oxide may corrode aluminum over long periods of time

The Borrower will cause all equipment, supplies and materials acquired or furnished in connection with the construction of the Improvements but not affixed to or incorporated into the Premises to be stored on the Land or at other locations approved by the Lender in writing, in each case under adequate safeguards to minimize the possibility of loss, theft, damage or commingling with other property. Upon the reasonable request of the Lender, the Borrower will furnish an inventory of all such equipment, supplies and materials stored off of the Land, specifying the location thereof.

Manufacturer represents, warrants and agrees that the areas where the Supplied Materials, work in progress, and Products are physically placed or held are, and shall be, at all times during the term of this Agreement, safe, secure and protected from adverse conditions. Upon Administrative Agent’s request, Borrower will furnish an inventory of all such equipment, supplies and materials stored off the Land, specifying their location, and will furnish such other information, including any requisition, invoice, xxxx of sale, evidence of insurance, evidence of bond, and other documentation, as Administrative Agent may request. Administrative Agent, or its representatives, must have the right to inspect from time to time all such equipment, supplies, and materials not stored on the Land.
