Rest Relief after Overtime. 7.10.1 An 32.1 Where an employee is directed to work a minimum of two hours outside the span of hours, the employee will be entitled to at least an 8 eight hour break plus reasonable travel travelling time between finishing overtime duty and next before commencing dutywork again. The manager should direct the employee to take the eight hour break. If the break occurs during standard working hours, then the employee will receive their normal salary during this period.
