Tea Break. 16.10.1 Australia Post commits to maintaining tea break arrangements that apply at individual workplaces in accordance with custom and practice. Australia Post, however, may vary the time at which a tea break is taken at a workplace where such a variation is operationally required. Australia Post may also vary the length of a tea break at a workplace where the length of the break at that workplace is inconsistent with tea break arrangements applicable at other workplaces within the same operational stream in Australia Post and where current arrangements are not based on operational considerations limited to that particular facility. Provided that ongoing changes to the length of tea breaks would be regarded as significant change for the purposes of clause 33 - Employee Consultation, and would involve a process to determine the view of staff.
Tea Break. Employees shall be allowed a tea break of fifteen minutes' duration between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m., without deduction of pay on each day. Provided that the employer may determine or permit two tea breaks of seven and a half minutes duration in lieu and shall fix the time of commencement of the tea break.
Tea Break. Day Workers Employees shall be allowed a tea break of twenty minutes without deduction of pay each morning. By local agreement tea breaks may be taken in both the morning and afternoon provided that the total time taken does not exceed twenty minutes per day
Tea Break. Employees are entitled to a morning tea break of 10 minutes during the morning period.
Tea Break. The parties agree to continue with the existing flexible tea break arrangements subject to the operational needs of the work unit.
Tea Break. 23.1 All Education Assistants are allowed a paid tea break of fifteen minutes daily between the second and fourth hour from the school starting time.
23.2 An Employee is not required to supervise students or undertake other duties during their rostered tea break.

3.10.2 The tea break must be taken separately from the meal break and not within the first or last hour of work.
3.10.3 Weekend Sanitation will be entitled to one extra Tea Break.
