Restrictions on Use of Casual Employees. The Employer shall not hire or use Casual Employees to avoid the continuance, creation or filling of positions for or by Full-Time Regular Employees, Part-Time Regular Employees, or Full-Time Temporary Employees, as the case may be.

Restrictions on Use of Casual Employees. The Employer shall only have the right to use a Casual Employee to replace an incumbent Regular Employee or Full Time Regular Floating Employee who is absent from work for any reason until such time as the Employer can reasonably be expected to engage a Full Time Regular Floating Employee for that purpose.
Restrictions on Use of Casual Employees. The Employer shall not hire or use Casual Employees to avoid the continuance, creation or filling of positions for or by Full-Time Regular Employees, Part-Time Regular Employees, or Full-Time Temporary Employees, as the case may be. Accredited Service Total hours worked while in the employ of the company as a Casual Employee shall be deemed to be accredited service for the purposes of this Agreement. A casual employee who obtains either full-time or part- time employee status under this Agreement shall be credited with all such accredited service.
