Results and Reporting. Emory shall keep accurate scientific records relating to the Project and shall prepare reports in accordance with the requirements of the attached Scope of Work.

Each Party shall keep the other Party fully informed as to its progress, results (including the development of any technology or inventions), status and plans in connection with its activities under each Preclinical Assessment Plan.
