Retention of Records, Audit and Reports. CONTRACTOR shall maintain all records, including records of financial transactions, pertaining to the performance of this Contract, in their original form or as otherwise approved by CITY. These records shall be retained for a period of no less than three years from the later of the following: (1) final payment made by CITY, (2) the expiration of this Contract or (3) termination of this Contract. The records will be subject to examination and audit by authorized CITY personnel or CITY’S representatives at any time. CONTRACTOR shall provide any reports requested by CITY regarding performance of this Contract. Any subcontract entered into by CONTRACTOR for work to be performed under this Contract must include an identical provision. In lieu of retaining the records for the term as prescribed in this provision, CONTRACTOR may, upon CITY’S written approval, submit the required information to CITY in an electronic format, e.g. USB flash drive, at the expiration or termination of this Contract.

Said records shall be subject to examination and audit by authorized CITY personnel or by the CITY's representative at any time during the term of this contract or within the three years following the final payment made by the CITY hereunder or the termination date of this contract, whichever occurs last. CONTRACTOR/CONSULTANT shall provide any reports requested by the CITY regarding performance of this Contract.

In accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, Corporation shall maintain full and complete records of activities and services performed under this Agreement, in their original form. Such records shall be open to the inspection of City and City may audit such records. Corporation agrees to keep all such records on file in a secure location for a minimum of three (3) years subsequent to the expiration of this Agreement. 7.2. The records maintained by Corporation shall include, but shall not be limited to, all invoices and receipts for District related expenditures incurred and must include supporting documentation for the activities or programs described in the District budget or Management District Plan. City reserves the right to perform a contract compliance audit at least once annually. Corporation shall provide any records or reports requested by the City regarding performance of this Agreement. Corporation agrees to keep all receipts and other supporting documents available for inspection and as specified in Section 7.1 of this Agreement.

  • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust. This inspection by a Trustee may be made in person or by an agent or attorney and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts of documents. No Shareholder shall have any right to inspect any account, book or document of the Trust that is not publicly available, except as conferred by the Trustees. The books and records of the Trust may be kept at such place or places as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine, except as otherwise required by law.

  • ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. If on-the-job training is being required by special provision, the contractor will be required to collect and report training data. The employment data should reflect the work force on board during all or any part of the last payroll period preceding the end of July.

  • Books Records and Reports The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require.   • Accounting Records and Reports The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept proper books of record and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of the Revenues, and such books shall be available for inspection by the Authority at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions. The Trustee shall provide to the Authority monthly statements covering the funds and accounts held pursuant to the Trust Agreement.   • Inspections and Reports 2.1 The department may inspect, in the manner and at reasonable times it considers appropriate, all the contractor's facilities and activities under this contract. 2.2 The contractor shall make progress and other reports in the manner and at the times the department reasonably requires.

The Contractor shall maintain all financial data, supporting documents, and all other records relating to performance and billing under this Agreement for a period in accordance with state and federal law, a minimum retention period being no less than four (4) years after final payment under this Agreement. The Contractor shall permit the authorized representative of the Judicial Council or its designee or both at any reasonable time to inspect or audit all data relating to performance and billing to the Judicial Council under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, this Agreement is subject to examinations and audit by the State Auditor for a period of three years after final payment.
