Common use of - Retention of Seniority After Promotion Clause in Contracts

- Retention of Seniority After Promotion. Employees promoted to a position outside the bargaining unit will continue to accrue seniority for up to ninety (90) calendar days from the date of such promotion. If the employee returns to the bargaining unit within ninety (90) calendar days, his or her seniority shall continue unbroken.
