Retired and Career Break Members Sample Clauses

Retired and Career Break Members. These are non-practising categories within the APBC. We appreciate that some Retired / Career Break members may still see a small number of behaviour cases/clients on occasion, but this is on the understanding that such cases would not fall under the jurisdiction of the APBC, its code of conduct for practitioners nor its complaints procedure. This must be made clear to clients and in any advertising of behavioural services. Furthermore, these members cannot take part in the APBC practitioner insurance scheme.
