Retiree Rehire. By mutual consent of the Superintendent and a retired teacher, the District may rehire a retiree to work up to 3 years for the district at a level of compensation not to exceed the retirement system cap. The rehire is on a year-by-year basis depending on District needs and the qualifications of the retiree to do the work needed.

Retiree Rehire. Transit Operators who have retired from the Agency will be able to be rehired as Transit Operators, on a part-time basis, at management’s discretion. Rehired (part-time) Operators will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Retiree Medical UTC shall, or shall cause a member of the UTC Group to, assume and retain, and no member of the Carrier Group or Otis Group shall assume or retain any Liabilities with respect to (i) the UTC subsidized retiree medical coverage with respect to each Employee and Former Employee who qualifies for coverage as of December 31, 2019, and (ii) access only retiree medical coverage with respect to Former Group Employees.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Rehired Employees Amounts forfeited upon termination of employment because of the failure to meet the applicable vesting requirements shall not be reinstated or re-credited if an individual is subsequently rehired or re-employed by the School Corporation. However, if the board shall have approved a leave of absence of not more than one (1) fiscal year for an employee, such period of leave shall not result in forfeiture provided the employee shall promptly return to employment following the expiration of the period of leave.

  • Disabled Employees If an employee becomes disabled with the result that he is unable to carry out the regular functions of his position, the Hospital may establish a special classification and salary with the hope of providing an opportunity of continued employment.

  • Vacation Leave on Retirement ‌ An employee scheduled to retire and to receive pension benefits under the Public Service Pension Plan Rules or who has reached the mandatory retiring age, shall be granted full vacation entitlement for the final calendar year of service.
