Return of Company Group Property. Executive’s receipt of any severance payments or benefits upon Executive’s Qualifying Termination under Section 3 is subject to Executive returning all documents and other property provided to Executive by any member of the Company Group (with the exception of a copy of the Company employee handbook and personnel documents specifically relating to Executive), developed or obtained by Executive in connection with their employment with the Company Group, or otherwise belonging to the Company Group.

Return of Company Group Property. Upon Participant’s Termination of Service for any reason, Participant will promptly deliver to the Company Group (i) all correspondence, drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents that are Proprietary Information, including all physical and digital copies thereof, and (ii) all other Company Group property (including, without limitation, any personal computer or wireless device and related accessories, keys, credit cards and other similar items) which is in his or her possession, custody or control.

Return of Company Group Property. On the date of the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company Group for any reason (or at any time prior thereto at the Company Group’s request), the Executive shall return all property belonging to the Company Group or its affiliates (including, but not limited to, any Company Group-provided laptops, computers, cell phones, wireless electronic mail devices or other equipment, or documents and property belonging to the Company Group). The Executive may retain the Executive’s rolodex and similar address books provided that such items only include contact information.
Return of Company Group Property. I have returned to the Company any and all information, documents and property (regardless of its form, such as electronic or hard copy or otherwise), that belong to any of the Company Group, including any keys, access cards, computers, cell phones, pagers, or other equipment and any Company Group records, files, data, and documents (whether on a work or personal computer, in electronic format or otherwise, and whether confidential in nature or not). I shall immediately report to the Company any passwords for my computer or other access codes for anything associated with my employment. I shall not delete or modify or alter any property prior to its return to the Company.
Return of Company Group Property. While I am an employee of the Company or the Employer, I agree to store and maintain all Proprietary Information in a secure place. When my employment with the Company or the Employer ends (regardless of the reason), I agree not to take any originals and copies of Proprietary Information or of documents containing Proprietary Information that are either in my possession or in my control, no matter what form the Proprietary Information is in and no matter how I acquired it. When my employment with the Company or the Employer ends, I will immediately return to the Company or the Employer, as applicable, any and all Company Group information, documents, online or cloud account access data, equipment and electronics, including, but not limited to, Proprietary Information received from the Company Group, and any Company Group customer, client or vendor.
Return of Company Group Property. Employee agrees that, in the event that Employee’s employment with the Company Group is terminated for any reason, Employee shall immediately return all of the Company Group’s property, including without limitation, (i) tools, pagers, computers, printers, key cards, documents or other tangible property of the Company Group, and (ii) the Company Group’s Confidential Information in any media, including paper or electronic form, and Employee shall not retain in Employee’s possession any copies of such information.
