Return of System. (a) Upon any termination of this Lease pursuant to ---------------- the terms hereof prior to the end of the Term, (b) at Lessor's request upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, or (c) if Lessee has not exercised its Purchase Option set forth herein at the end of the applicable Term, Lessee shall, at its own risk and sole expense, immediately return the System to Lessor by properly removing, disassembling and packing it for shipment, loading it on board a carrier acceptable to Lessor, and shipping the same to a destination in the continental United States specified by Lessor, freight and insurance prepaid. The returned System shall be in the same condition and operating order as existed when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If the Lessee does not immediately return the System to Lessor as required, Lessee shall pay to Lessor, on demand, an amount equal to the then-current Rent prorated on a daily basis for each day from and including the termination or expiration date of the Lease through and including the day Lessee ships the System to Lessor in accordance with this Section. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, upon written demand, any amount necessary to place the System in good repair, condition and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
Return of System. If at the end of a Term, or an Extension of Term pursuant to Section 10.3.1, Customer does not exercise any of the options described in Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2, Provider shall remove all of its tangible property comprising the System from the Site by a mutually convenient date but in no case later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the Expiration Date with respect to the System. The cost to remove the System shall be borne by the Provider. The portion of the Site on which the System was installed shall be returned to its original condition, except for ordinary wear and tear, and Provider shall leave the portion of the Site on which the System was installed in neat and clean order.

Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, Customer, at its sole cost and expense, shall return the System and all Confidential Information as requested by SGI, in good repair, condition and working order, less normal and ordinary wear and tear, by delivering it to a common carrier selected and designated by SGI, F.O.B. the destination designated by SGI in writing.
Return of System. In the event Company is required to return the System under the terms of this lease, Company shall, upon or after the expiration of the lease shall remove and return the Item 1 at Company's expense, appropriately package and ship the System to a location within the continental United States designated by Lessor. The System shall be returned in the original condition as delivered, with the exception of ordinary wear and tear from the proper use of the System.
Return of System. If (a) a default occurs, or (b) a non-appropriation of funds occurs in accordance with Section 6, at your sole cost you will immediately return the System (including all copies of the Software free of any proprietary data), manuals, and accessories to any location and aboard any carrier we may designate in the continental United States. The Equipment must be properly packed for shipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations or specifications, freight prepaid and insured, maintained in accordance with Section 10, and in "Average Saleable Condition." "Average Saleable Condition" means the System is immediately available for use by a third party buyer, user or lessee, other than yourself, without the need for any repair or refurbishment. All Equipment must be free of markings other than those placed at our request. You will pay us for any missing or defective parts or accessories. You will continue to pay Rent until the System is accepted by us subject to Section 6. Our acceptance of the System shall occur fifteen (15) Days after delivery unless we reject the Equipment for good cause within such fifteen (15) Day period.

At the end of the Term, or upon any prior termination of a Lease pursuant to the Terms of that Lease, unless Lessee has executed its Purchase Option pursuant to the Schedule or an Event of Loss shall have occurred and Lessor shall have received all sums due it pursuant to this Agreement, Lessee shall, at its own risk and sole expense, immediately return the System to Lessor, by properly removing, dissassembling and packing it for shipment, loading it on board a carrier acceptable to Lessor, and shipping the same to a destination specified by Lessor, freight and insurance prepaid, in the same condition and operation order as existing when received, ordinary wear and tear expected, if, upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, the Lessee does not immediately return the System to Lessor, Lessee shall pay to Lessor, upon demand, an amount equal to the Rent prorated on a daily basis for each day from the including the termination or expiration date of the Lease through and including the day Lessee ships the System to Lessor in accordance with this Section. Lessee shall pay to Lessor any amount necessary to repair the System in order for the Supplier or a maintenance organization, as applicable, to accept the System from contract maintenance at its then current rate.
Return of System.
