Return Requirement. Failure of the teacher to return pursuant to the date determined under this section shall constitute grounds for termination unless the School District and the teacher mutually agree in writing to an extension of the leave.

Return Requirement. As a condition of the leave, the principal must agree to return to the School District for the period of time established when the leave of absence for professional growth is granted.
Return Requirement. The teacher must agree to serve as assigned in District 281 schools for two (2) years after the sabbatical leave or repay to the district all compensation and fringe benefits received from this district while on sabbatical leave within a period of two (2) years.
