Return Requirement. Failure of the administrator to return pursuant to the date determined under this Section shall constitute grounds for termination unless the School District and the administrator mutually agree in writing to an extension of the leave.
Return Requirement. As a condition of the leave, the principal must agree to return to the School District for the period of time established when the leave of absence for professional growth is granted. 6.1 A principal who fails to return for the specified period shall repay the School District for salary and fringe benefit payment if any received during such leave.

When the Family Leave is for the purpose of the scheduled medical treatment or planned medical care of a child, parent, spouse or registered domestic partner, the employee shall, to the extent practicable, schedule treatment and/or care in a way that minimizes disruption to agency/department operations.
