Review of Individual Position. ‌ An employee may obtain a review of the classification of his/her position in the following manner: The Union shall submit a request for review to the Director of the Division of Personnel and Labor Relations or designee. The request for review shall include a copy of the full position description from the On-Line Position Description system and the union will provide an analysis supporting their request. The employee shall complete a full position description describing the duties, level of authorities and responsibilities performed. The Division of Personnel and Labor Relations shall review the employee’s duty description with the employee’s supervisor as part of a position analysis. A final position description shall be completed to reflect the actual duties assigned and performed. The completed PD shall be reviewed in conjunction with existing class specifications for proper classification. Not later than sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the request, the Director of Personnel and Labor Relations or designee shall render a decision and notify both the supervisor and the Union.

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.

  • Evaluation Cycle: Formative Assessment A) A specific purpose for evaluation is to promote student learning, growth and achievement by providing Educators with feedback for improvement. Evaluators are expected to make frequent unannounced visits to classrooms. Evaluators are expected to give targeted constructive feedback to Educators based on their observations of practice, examination of artifacts, and analysis of multiple measures of student learning, growth and achievement in relation to the Standards and Indicators of Effective Teaching Practice.

  • Criteria for Performance Assessment A. A teacher’s performance shall be assessed based on the criteria set forth in the evaluation instrument, Appendix D.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

Only evidence gathered during the walkthroughs and formal observations that are conducted for the current school year may be used.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.
