REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS. To ensure that every employee who is subjected to drug and alcohol testing by the Employer is treated in a fair and impartial manner the Employer has contracted with a Medical Review Officer (“MRO”), a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathic medicine with a specialized knowledge of substance abuse disorders. The MRO will be able to determine whether there are any valid reasons for the presence in the employee’s system of the substance that was tested positive.

REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS. Applicants, who test for any position, may request a meeting with the Office of Human Resources for the purpose of reviewing the applicant’s performance on that test and discussing, in general terms, the areas and questions not answered correctly. Test scores will be kept confidential.

REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS. To ensure that every driver who is subject to testing is treated in a fair and impartial manner, the City has retained the services of a Medical Review Officer (MRO). This individual is a licensed Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) with knowledge of drug abuse disorders. It is the Medical Review Officer’s responsibility to review the results of each drug test performed by the City’s National Institute for Drug Abuse (NIDA) certified laboratory prior to the results being made available to the designated City Official.
REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS. If, within fifteen (15) days after receipt by CTC from Williams xx xxx xest results referred to above or of the results of re-testing as set forth below, CTC reasonably determines that such test results show that the CTC Fibers in a Major Segment or any portion thereof do not meet the Fiber Specifications, CTC shall, within such fifteen (15) day period, notify Williams xx xxxx determination. Regardless of the content of Williams' xxxx xxsults, CTC shall have the right, but not the obligation, at its sole expense, to conduct its own Fiber Testing of the CTC Fibers to verify that they are operating in accordance with the Fiber Specifications subject to the terms, conditions and requirements of the Right-of-Way Agreements. In the event CTC elects to conduct its own Fiber Testing of the CTC Fibers, it shall notify Williams xx xxx xntent to do so within the above fifteen (15) day review period specifying the dates, times and locations at which such testing will be performed which date shall be no later than fourteen (14) days after such notice to Williams. Xxx xxch testing by CTC shall be done in accordance with industry standards and shall be subject to the reasonable control and supervision of Williams xx xxxxxsary or advisable to protect the System and to prevent interference with Williams' xxxxxxxction activities. Williams xxxxx PAGE 12 cooperate with CTC in all reasonable respects to facilitate CTC's Fiber Testing. Williams xxxxx xxve the right to have a person or persons present to observe CTC's Fiber Testing. Within ten (10) days after the conclusion of CTC's Fiber Testing of the CTC Fibers, CTC shall provide Williams xxxx x xopy of the test results and either accept such results or object to them as showing the CTC Fibers not to be operating within the parameters of the Fiber Specifications.

REVIEW OF TEST RESULTS. To ensure that every employee and/or applicant is treated in a fair and impartial manner, the Township has hired a Medical Review Officer (“MRO”), a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathic medicine with a specialized knowledge of substance abuse disorders. An employee who tests positive will be given an opportunity to explain the findings to the MRO prior to the issuance of a positive test result to the Township. The MRO will attempt to contact the employee by telephone or in person. If contact is made, the employee will be informed of the positive finding and given an opportunity to rebut or explain the findings. The MRO will be able to determine whether there are any valid reasons for the presence in the employee’s system of the substance that was tested positive. The MRO can request information on recent medical history and on medications taken with the last thirty days by the employee. If the MRO finds support in the explanation offered by the employee, the employee may be asked to provide documentary evidence to support the employee’s position and may be subject to retesting at an interval suggested by the MRO. The employee’s failure to provide such evidence or failure to contact the MRO as instructed within five (5) calendar days, will result in a positive test report to the Township.
