RF Manager. 5.5.1.Characteristics of the level Persons appointed at this level have relevant formal qualifications and significant years of experience in the relevant program including experience in a leadership role. Program managers have budget and staffing accountability to achieve the established outcomes and targets for an RF Program. An RF program is a stand alone service delivery initiative with a minimum of 3 EFT staff, a discreet client group and established targets and outcome measures to be achieved. Program managers develop program plans and work to achieve client outcomes within an overall context of the RF strategic plan, and the quality framework. Program managers have overall responsibility for ensuring the safety of the service delivery environment and the quality of the service being delivered. Program managers develop local procedures and ensure RFV policy is implemented effectively in the program to deliver quality outcomes. Program managers are responsible for building community links and ensuring consumer, carer and family input into the running of the program. Program managers must establish strong relationships with clinical services and other key service providers and require excellent communication and negotiation skills. Program managers have a key role in professional supervision and in managing the ongoing development of the staff of the program.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Facility Manager The Developer shall hand over management and upkeep of Common Portions (excluding the Said Club) and the Specified Facilities to a professional facility management organization (Facility Manager). In this regard, it is clarified that (1) the Facility Manager shall operate, manage and render specified day-to-day services with regard to the Common Portions of the Said Cluster and the Other Clusters and the Specified Facilities (2) the Facility Manager shall levy and collect the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges (3) the Buyer shall be bound to pay the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges to the Facility Manager (4) the Facility Manager, being a professional commercial organization, will not be required to render any accounts to the Buyer and it shall be deemed that the Facility Manager is rendering the services to the Buyer for commercial considerations (5) the Facility Manager shall merely be the service provider for rendition of services with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities and no superior rights with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities shall vest in the Facility Manager and (6) the Facility Manager may be replaced by consent of 80% (eighty percent) or more of the Intending Buyers and the Other Owners.
