Community Liaison. The Community Liaison shall be a full-time position that develops and maintains relationships with community resources, State agencies, and community entities that traditionally provide services for Enrollees or Potential Enrollees. This individual will coordinate the provision of Community-Based Services to Enrollees, assist in Enrollee outreach, and manage community engagement activities.
Community Liaison. Prior to issuance of a building permit to construct the Project and implement the approved use, the Project Sponsor shall appoint a community liaison officer to deal with the issues of concern to owners and occupants of nearby properties. The Project Sponsor shall provide the Zoning Administrator with written notice of the name, business address, and telephone number of the community liaison. Should the contact information change, the Zoning Administrator shall be made aware of such change. The community liaison shall report to the Zoning Administrator what issues, if any, are of concern to the community and what issues have not been resolved by the Project Sponsor. The community liaison will convene a community advisory group (CAG) for the purpose of conveying input to the project sponsor on its operations and providing a forum for community comment and concern. The CAG shall consist of approximately ten (10) members representing diverse neighborhood interests such as health care providers, established neighborhood groups, resident homeowners and local merchants, and its membership is expected to change over time. Once the CAG is established, the community liaison and CAG members will agree to a regular meeting schedule, with a frequency of not less than quarterly or more than monthly. The agenda for meetings will be set jointly by the community liaison and the CAG. The community liaison will facilitate and provide logistical support for all meetings, including scheduling and providing meeting space if needed.
Community Liaison. It is imperative that community members have a single point of contact to submit requests, concerns, or compliments to Twitter. Our community liaison will ensure that community voices are heard and that employees know which internal person to contact when they are interested in getting involved in the community.
Community Liaison. Each Franchisee:
(a) acknowledges that the areas where the Activities are to be carried out are of great importance to many people, including, the local residents and businesses; and
(b) must manage and participate in all community relations programs and activities as:
(i) required by the Performance Specification;
(ii) contained in the Community Engagement Plans; and
(iii) reasonably requested by the State from time to time.
Community Liaison. Xxxxx has appointed and will maintain a committee of employees who will meet periodically to evaluate Zoosk’s progress with respect to the goals and objectives set forth in this Community Benefit Agreement. Members of the community can contact Zoosk’s community liaison, Xxxx XxXxxx, at xxx@xxxxx.xxx with questions or concerns about Zoosk’s goals and objectives set forth in this Community Benefit Agreement.
Community Liaison. Contractor shall maintain relationships with the immediate neighborhood and the San Mateo County Mental Health Board, as well as with appropriate BHRS staff and with various other committees as deemed appropriate by the Chief of the Health System. County shall have reasonable access to the facility at any time and to such data as will allow for the meaningful evaluation and monitoring of quality of care.
Community Liaison. If a The Getty Villa Community Relations Committee having been is formed, the applicant shall continue to assign a management level employee as a community liaison. The community liaison shall coordinate with representatives of one or more of the following homeowners and community associations:
i. Pacific View Estates Homeowners Association;
ii. Castellammare Mesa Home Owners;
iii. Miramar Homeowners Association;
iv. Sunset Mesa Property Owners Association;
v. The Pacific Palisades Community Council;
vi. The Pacific Palisades Residents Association; and,
vii. The Pacific Palisades Historical Society. The applicant’s community liaison shall meet with the Committee at least twice six times per year in regard to matters of concern to the neighbors and the community. Meetings shall be held when called by the Committee on at least two weeks notice. The community liaison shall also attend special meetings on reasonable notice called by a majority of the participating associations. The Committee and the applicant shall work together in good faith to reach a reasonable, practical resolution of matters which addresses legitimate community concerns and legal requirements and operating and programmatic requirements of the Getty Villa.
Community Liaison. Owner shall assign at least one (1) person (the “Community Liaison”) who will be available to speak with the Community Members between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday concerning any matter related to compliance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of an emergency, during the hours that a Community Liaison is not available, the Resident Manager shall be available to handle issues arising under this Agreement. The Community Liaison shall hold meetings with Community Members prior to the opening of the hotel at the Property, and as needed thereafter until Community Members deem them no longer necessary. Community Members shall have a dedicated phone number and email address to contact the Resident Manager.
Community Liaison o The Program Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective networks and consultative processes with key stakeholders including clinical professionals, other psychiatric disability support services, referring agencies and local community support services relevant to client needs.
Community Liaison. The Developer agrees to identify a person(s) who will serve as liaison to the community throughout the duration of construction. This individual shall be on the construction site throughout the hours of construction, including weekends. The name and telephone number of the individual(s) shall be provided in writing to residents, property managers and business owners whose property abuts the site (including the Stronghold Civic Association), and shall be posted at the entrance of the project.
