Right of Access to Premises. 2.3.1 Upon reasonable notice, the Participating TO and the CAISO may send a qualified person to the premises of the Interconnection Customer at or immediately before the time the Small Generating Facility first produces energy to inspect the interconnection, and observe the commissioning of the Small Generating Facility (including any required testing), startup, and operation for a period of up to three (3) Business Days after initial start-up of the unit. In addition, the Interconnection Customer shall notify the Participating TO and the CAISO at least five (5) Business Days prior to conducting any on-site verification testing of the Small Generating Facility.
2.3.2 Following the initial inspection process described above, at reasonable hours, and upon reasonable notice, or at any time without notice in the event of an emergency or hazardous condition, the Participating TO and the CAISO shall have access to the Interconnection Customer's premises for any reasonable purpose in connection with the performance of the obligations imposed on it by this Agreement or if necessary to meet its legal obligation to provide service to its customers.
2.3.3 Each Party shall be responsible for its own costs associated with following this article.

At any time during the exit management period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the SLA, where assets are located at the selected bidder’s premises, the selected bidder will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to RISL or its nominated agencies, and/ or any replacement operator in order to inventory the assets.

Right of Access to Premises. (a) Subject to the following sub-clause, Asian Institute of Technology will provide Sodexo with sufficient access to the Premises to enable Sodexo to perform the Services.
(b) Asian Institute of Technology may, in complying with its obligations under sub-clause (a), take into consideration:
(i) the need to maintain continuity of Asian Institute of Technology’s business requirements; and
(ii) the need to prevent unnecessary nuisance, noise and disruption to Asian Institute of Technology's operations.
(c) At Sodexo’s request, Asian Institute of Technology will provide reasonable use of all light and power facilities which may be available and which are necessary for Sodexo to perform the Services.

Right of Access to Premises. For access to the premises of the operator, the following points shall apply.
(i) At any time during the Exit Management Period, where assets are located at the Operator's premises, the Operator will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of assets, located on a third party's premises , procure reasonable rights of access to) Client or its nominated agencies, and/or any replacement operator.
(ii) The Operator shall also give the Client or its nominated agencies, or any replacement operator right of reasonable access to the Operator's premises and shall procure the Client or its nominated agencies and any replacement operator rights of access to relevant third party premises during the Exit Management Period and for such period of time following termination or expiry of the MSA as is reasonably necessary to migrate the services to Client or its nominated agencies, or a replacement operator.
Right of Access to Premises. Landlord or its agents shall have the right to enter into the Premises at all reasonable hours and upon reasonable notice to Tenant for the purpose of inspecting the same or for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective tenants, purchasers or others. The exercise of this right to enter the Premises shall not be deemed an eviction or disturbance of Tenant's use of possession. Tenant will allow to have placed "To Rent" and "For Sale" signs upon said premises within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Lease, and will not interfere with the same.
