Rights of Access, Communication, and Use of Facilities. The Association shall have the right of access at reasonable times to areas in which unit members work, the right to use bulletin boards, mail boxes and other means of communication, subject to reasonable rules and regulations, and the right to use District facilities at reasonable times for the purpose of meetings concerned with the rights guaranteed in the Educational Employee Relations Act, as follows:

Rights of Access, Communication, and Use of Facilities. In accordance with Government Code Section 3543.1 (b) (EERA), the Association shall have the right of access at reasonable times to areas in which employees work, the right to use institutional bulletin boards, mail boxes, and other means of communication, subject to reasonable regulation and the right to use District facilities at reasonable times for the purpose of meetings concerned with the rights guaranteed by this chapter. Articles 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 shall be regulated in accordance with Board Policies and Administrative Regulations.
