Common use of Rights of the Grievant Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Grievant. 041 The grievant, at his/her sole discretion, may represent himself/herself at all levels of the grievance procedure without the assistance of the Association. It shall further be the grievant's right to be accompanied by a representative of his/her own choosing at all levels. Any remedy provided in such a case shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
