RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY. Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the interested party may, according to the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights: - request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him (right of access); - know its origin; - receive intelligible communication; - have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing; - request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected; - in cases of consent-based processing, receive their data provided to the owner, in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device; - the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY. The customer shall be entitled to: ⮚ request access to the personal data that the Company holds in respect of it; ⮚ request that the Company corrects or completes personal data; ⮚ obtain restriction of the processing of personal data for specific purposes; ⮚ request personal data portability; ⮚ object to the processing of personal data; ⮚ request erasure of personal data; ⮚ withdraw consent, where applicable, to personal data processing; ⮚ file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office in accordance with the procedures set out at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx.

We remind you that the right of opposition of the interested party, indicated in the above point b), for direct marketing purposes through automated modality which extends to the traditional ones and in any case remain safe the possibility for the interested party to exercise the opposition right also in part.
