RIGHTS OF USERS. You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us. In particular, you have the right to do the following: (i) you have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your information; (ii) you have the right to object to the processing of your information if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent; (iii) you have the right to learn if information is being processed by us, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the information undergoing processing; (iv) you have the right to verify the accuracy of your information and ask for it to be updated or corrected; (v) you have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your information, in which case, we will not process your information for any purpose other than storing it; (vi) you have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of your Personal Information from us; (vii) you have the right to receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that your information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on your consent, on a contract which you are part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.

Users have the right to withdraw the digital asset balance in XXxxx.xxxx at any time, but they must pay the corresponding withdrawal fee to XXxxx.xxxx. 8. Users have the right to participate in the XXxxx.xxxx community, and publish articles and opinions that comply with national laws and regulations, and the rules of the XXxxx.xxxx network community.
RIGHTS OF USERS. Users shall ensure that all attendees shall not obstruct, interfere, intrude or annoy other users of Becoming Independent. Becoming Independent reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse applications for the event space rental that will disrupt the normal business activities of Becoming Independent. Users cannot sublease or assign their contracted space to another individual, group or organization. No selling, contract negotiations, money exchange or financial transactions will be allowed in the meeting rooms without written authorization.

(the "Bankruptcy Code"), including Section 365(f)(1), Tenant on behalf of itself and its creditors, administrators and assigns waives the applicability of Section 365(e) of the Bankruptcy Code unless the proposed assignee of the Trustee for the estate of the bankrupt meets Landlord's standard for consent as set forth in Section 9.1(b) of this Lease. If this Lease is assigned to any person or entity pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, any and all monies or other considerations to be delivered in connection with the assignment shall be delivered to Landlord, shall be and remain the exclusive property of Landlord and shall not constitute property of Tenant or of the estate of Tenant within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Code. Any person or entity to which this Lease is assigned pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy Code shall be deemed to have assumed all of the obligations arising under this Lease on and after the date of the assignment, and shall upon demand execute and deliver to Landlord an instrument confirming that assumption.

  • Limitations on Rights of Third Parties The provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Seller, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee (for the benefit of the Secured Parties) and the other Persons expressly referred to herein, and such Persons shall have the right to enforce the relevant provisions of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Recovery Property or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.
