Risk Register. The ICB must maintain a risk register in respect of its exercise of the Delegated Functions and periodically review its content. The risk register must follow such format as may be notified by NHS England to the ICB from time to time.

Risk Register. Consultant shall prepare and maintain a Risk Register that identifies project risks, probabilities, mitigation measures, and ownership using the Program’s Risk Matrix and Assessment template. The Risk Register shall list interfaces with other projects, possible schedule impacts, and contingency plans. The Risk Register shall be updated on a monthly basis and submitted with Monthly Progress Reports.
Risk Register a. The initial Risk Register shall be provided within thirty (30) Business Days of the NTP in an electronic editable file format. b. An updated Risk Register shall be provided monthly as an electronic editable file and as a PDF file with each Monthly Progress Report.

When a proposed method of dealing with the risk has been identified, the projected Chargeable Costs for the solution will replace the risk register for that risk in the Target Cost. If the projected Chargeable Cost for an item is less than what has been carried in the risk register, those remaining funds will be moved from the risk registry into the Cost Model and will be part of any surplus of funds available for shared savings. Once Construction begins, if a new risk is identified, it will be included in the risk register, however the Target Cost will not be adjusted.
