Roadworks. (i) Construct gravel pavement (1) sub-base nominal 350 millimetre compacted thickness, (2) base course nominal 100 millimetres compacted thickness, (3) asphaltic cement 25 millimetres, (ii) construct flush kerb, (iii) erect street name signs, (iv) erect guide posts; (c) Stormwater drainage as indentified on the Prescribed Diagram; (i) Excavate, supply, bed, lay, joint and back fill XX xxxxx 600 millimetres class X RRJ; (ii) Supply and install precast headwalls to suit, 400 millimetres diameter R.C.B. and 600 millimetres diameter R.C.B.; and (iii) Construct scour protection drains. (d) Sub Soil Drainage; (i) Excavate, supply, bed, lay, joint and back fill 100 millimetres draincoil in accordance with Xxxxxxx Consultants plans. (e) Water Mains as indentified on the Prescribed Diagram; (i) Excavate, supply, bed, lay, joint and back fill pipes including bends and anchor blocks using (1) 100 millimetres UPVC pipe; and (2) 100 millimetres DICL pipe.   • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Computer Systems (a) The Computer Systems adequately meet the data processing and other computing needs of the Business as presently conducted. The Computer Systems function, operate, process and compute in accordance with all Applicable Laws, industry standards and trade practices. The Computer Systems operate and perform in all material respects in accordance with their documentation and functional specifications. The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor.   • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency.   • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.
