ROOM AND ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENT Clause Samples
The ROOM AND ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENT clause defines how rooms and roommates are allocated to individuals within a housing arrangement. Typically, this clause outlines the process by which the landlord or housing provider assigns specific rooms and may designate roommates, often reserving the right to make changes as needed. It may also address preferences, requests, or the procedure for resolving disputes between roommates. The core function of this clause is to establish clear expectations and procedures for room and roommate assignments, thereby minimizing confusion and potential conflicts among residents.
