Roommate Requests. First-time VSU students must indicate their desired roommate when completing the Housing & Food Service Agreement. Each student must list the other to increase the likelihood of the roommate match being honored. Current students must complete their roommate match during the housing lottery process. Please note that during unprecedented times such as global pandemic or domestic health crisis the University will act in accordance with CDC guidelines, therefore roommate request will potentially not be considered.

Please be aware that you must accurately record your requested roommate’s Banner ID as the automated nature of the roommate pairing process requires record of Banner ID. Inaccurate recording of the Banner ID will automatically cancel the pairing request. Requests for Special Programs, medical requests and special accommodations receive priority in room assignments; however, specific roommate requests are considered before the general requests.

Application Timeline and Waiting List Prospective residents may begin submitting Applications on October 1, 2021. Students who apply for housing after all available spaces have been filled will be placed on a waiting list according to the date the Completed Housing Application was received by the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
Roommate Requests. Requests for roommates must be mutual. Resident must request their roommate in the housing portal. Roommate must accept the request from Resident in the housing portal. Students are only allowed to have one accepted roommate. Mutually accepted roommates should have the same hall preferences. It is the responsibility of Resident and roommate to choose the same room, hall, and/or apartment during room selection. Space will not be held for requested roommates whose application, application fees, pre-payments or security deposit and contracts are not completed in time to be given a time slot to select the same room, residence hall, or apartment. The University cannot guarantee such assignments.

  • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • Funding Requests 4.1 The Consortium seeks the approval of the Fund Council for research and other programs to implement the SRF by submitting CRP proposals to the Fund Council. The Fund Council and the Consortium are expected to determine and coordinate an appropriate degree of and approach for Fund Donor input into the development of CRP proposals. Descriptions in each CRP proposal and reporting by the Consortium on the use of funds received under the resulting CRP are expected to have sufficient granularity to demonstrate progress on activities funded in such program, with a focus on outputs, outcomes and impacts, highlighting the SRF and impact pathways.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
