Rules and Policies In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, players acknowledge and agree that players shall be bound by and comply with all rules, regulations and policies established by SGM. SGM reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, modify or cancel any of its rules, regulations and policies and/or adopt additional rules, regulations or policies. Any violation of the rules, regulations and policies by a member may result in the termination of the players contact, in SGM’s sole and absolute discretion.
PRINCIPLES OF GOOD EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE The Supplier shall, and shall procure that each Sub-Contractor shall, comply with any requirement notified to it by the Customer relating to pensions in respect of any Transferring Former Supplier Employee as set down in: the Cabinet Office Statement of Practice on Staff Transfers in the Public Sector of January 2000, revised 2007; HM Treasury's guidance “Staff Transfers from Central Government: A Fair Deal for Staff Pensions of 1999; HM Treasury's guidance: “Fair deal for staff pensions: procurement of Bulk Transfer Agreements and Related Issues” of June 2004; and/or the New Fair Deal. Any changes embodied in any statement of practice, paper or other guidance that replaces any of the documentation referred to in Paragraph 5.1 shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure.
Arbitration Rules and Forum The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Exodus Movement, Inc. 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, with a copy to Exodus Movement, Inc. 00000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, No. 333, Omaha, NE 68137. The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS, an established alternative dispute resolution provider. Disputes involving claims and counterclaims under $250,000, not inclusive of attorneys’ fees and interest, will be subject to JAMS’s most current version of the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and procedures available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/rules-streamlined-arbitration/; all other claims will be subject to JAMS’s most current version of the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/rules-comprehensive- arbitration/. JAMS’s rules are also available at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or by calling JAMS at 000-000-0000. If JAMS is not available to arbitrate, the parties will select an alternative arbitral forum. If the arbitrator finds that you cannot afford to pay JAMS’s filing, administrative, hearing and/or other fees and cannot obtain a waiver from JAMS, Exodus will pay them for you. In addition, Exodus will reimburse all such JAMS’s filing, administrative, hearing and/or other fees for claims totalling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, Xxxxxx will not seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in New Castle County, Delaware. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. All arbitration pleadings and proceedings will be conducted in English.
Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared. The reference in the preceding sentence to exchange rules is solely for DWR's protection and DWR's failure to comply therewith shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or relieve Customer of any obligation or responsibility under this Agreement. DWR shall not be liable to Customer as a result of any action by DWR, its officers, directors, employees or agents to comply with any rule or regulation.
Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract.

Rules of Conduct XO requires all passengers to strictly adhere to the following rules of conduct in order to ensure a safe, friendly and respectful experience on flights arranged by XO and at events organized or sponsored by XO. These rules are not intended to restrict the rights of anyone, but rather to ensure that all passengers, as well as XO and aircraft operator personnel, can expect to be safe and treated with dignity and respect at all times. If Passenger engages in conduct that XO considers improper, offensive or likely to risk endangering the safety of other passengers or XO or aircraft operator personnel, then Passenger may be reprimanded and/or denied transportation. All determinations will be made in the sole discretion of the operator of the Charter Flight (“Operator”) and XO’s management. In addition, if the conduct of Passenger endangers the aircraft or any other passenger or property while on board; obstructs or hinders the crew in the performance of their duties; fails to comply with any instruction of the crew, including, but not limited to, smoking in any form (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and similar devices) or use of drugs or alcohol; involves the use of any offensive, threatening, abusive or insulting words towards the crew, other passengers or XO personnel; or involves behavior which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to the crew, other passengers or XO personnel, then the crew may take such measures as it deems necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint. Passenger may be disembarked and refused onward carriage at any point and may be prosecuted for offenses committed on board the aircraft. The following rules of conduct will be strictly enforced.
General Leaves When no other leaves are available, a leave of absence may be granted to an employee on a paid or unpaid basis at any time upon any terms acceptable to the District and an employee.
Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with, and be bound by, all applicable state or federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, operating circulars and pronouncements, affecting checks and drafts, including, but not limited to, all rules and procedural guidelines established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization ("ECCHO") and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the "Rules") and laws are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules will control.
