Safety Check. Before each use of a Vehicle, You shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the Vehicle, which includes inspecting the following: (i) trueness of the wheels; (ii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iii) good condition of the frame; (iv) sufficient battery charge power; and (iv) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other open and obvious mechanical problem/maintenance need. You agree not to ride the Vehicle if there are any noticeable issues, and to immediately notify Course of any damage or problems.

Safety Check. Before each use of a Vehicle, You shall conduct a basic safety inspection, which includes inspecting for the following: (i) trueness of the wheels; (ii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iii) proper attachment of the handlebars, seat, base, pedals, and basket (as applicable); (iv) good condition of the frame; (V) with respect to E-Vehicles, battery charge, and (vi) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need. You agree not to operate a Vehicle if there are any noticeable issues, and to immediately notify customer service to alert Veo of any problems.

Safety Check. Before each use of an eBike, you shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the eBike, which includes inspecting the following, as applicable: (i) proper tire pressure; (ii) trueness of the wheels; (iii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iv) proper attachment of the seat, pedals and basket; (v) alignment of the fender and the metal rods that hold the fender in place; (vi) good condition of the frame; (vii) sufficient battery charge power; and (viii) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need. You agree not to operate the eBike if there are any noticeable issues, and to immediately notify HADCO eBike Lending Library staff of any problems.

Safety Check. Contractor, before the start of the operation, shall notify delegate of Employer and Supervisor to inspect the possible impact to the of the submitted security plan, and on-site erection of safety facilities, exit passageway, safety and fire protection equipment on the surrounding environment, and rectify at its own expense in accordance to the recommendations proposed by Employer and Supervisor. The inspection and suggestion of Supervisor shall not reduce or relieve Contractor’s liability under this Contract.

Safety Check. Gas The above property does not have a gas supply. The property has a gas supply and a gas safety certificate that is less than 12 months old. A copy will be provided to us. The property has a gas supply and requires an updated certificate. Please arrange for one to be carried out on my behalf and at my expense. The property has a gas supply and as the Landlord you will arrange for a certificate to be completed and provide a copy to us. Oil The above property does not have an oil supply. The property has an oil supply and an oil boiler service certificate that is less than 12 months old. A copy will be provided to us. The property has an oil supply and requires an updated certificate. Please arrange for one to be carried out on my behalf and at my expense. The property has an oil supply and as the Landlord you will arrange for a certificate to be completed and provide a copy to us. Electrical Safety The above property has an Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) that is less than 5 years old. A copy will be provided to us. There is no EICR. Please arrange for to be carried out on my behalf. There is no EICR. As the Landlord you will arrange for a certificate to be completed and provide a copy to us. Smoke Alarm & Carbon Monoxide Detectors As a Landlord you confirm that there are the relevant detectors/alarms present and working in the above property. Please arrange for the relevant detectors/alarms to be fitted on my behalf and at my expense. I will arrange for the relevant detectors/alarms to be fitted. Legionella Testing A test has already been carried out and a copy will be provided to us. There is no test in place, please arrange for a test to be carried out on my behalf and at my expense. There is no test in place and as a Landlord I will arrange for a test to be carried out. Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) An EPC has already been carried out and a copy will be provided to us. There is no EPC in place, please arrange for a test to be carried out on my behalf and at my expense. There is no EPC in place and as a Landlord I will arrange for a test to be carried out.

Safety Check. Before each use of a Bike, Rider shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the Bike, which includes inspecting: (i) proper tire pressure; (ii) trueness of the wheels; (iii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iv) proper attachment of the seat, pedals, and basket; (v) good condition of the frame; and (vi) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to ride the Bike if there are any issues apparent to a reasonable and prudent Rider, and to promptly notify BTS customer service to alert the BTS of any noted safety issues.

Safety Check. Yulu will have the following safety equipment on the Vehicles: Left-hand rear brake and right-hand front brake. Apart from the brakes, the following safety equipments are installed in Vehicles: (i) The safety features of Yulu Moves are set out below: (a) A front red reflector on the handle in front and a rear red reflector; (b) Reflectors on the front and rear wheels of each Bike; (c) Bike Number on the bike frame beneath the saddle; (d) Bike Lock with QR code; and (e) Horn/Bell at the right handle to alert any people in the path. (ii) The safety features of Yulu Miracle are set out below: (a) Headlight in the front; (b) A rear red reflector; (c) Vehicle Number on the frame beneath the footrest; (d) Horn/Bell at the left handle to alert any people in the path; and (e) Digital battery meter. (iii) The safety features of Yulu DEX are set out below: (a) A rear carrier is attached which is optimized to carry a payload of 10 kg; (b) Weatherproof QR code; (c) Smart LED headlight; (d) Battery indicator; and (e) 100% solid rubber tire with V-style street tread design. Before each use of a Vehicle, the Rider shall conduct a basic safety inspection of the Vehicle, which includes inspecting the following: (i) wheels (ii) safe operation of all brakes (iii) proper attachment of the saddle, and battery level (only for Yulu Miracle and Yulu DEX); (iv) good condition of the handle and bell; and (v) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need.
